Data Deletion Instructions

AI Infinity, a brand operated by Education Tech Future Joint Stock Company ("we", "us"), respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we collect through our website and through the automated chatbots we operate on Facebook Messenger.

What data this covers

• Your Facebook profile information made available to us (name and profile picture);
• Your page-scoped user identifier (PSID);
• The content and metadata of your conversation with the Page's chatbot;
• Any record of that conversation stored in our internal dashboard (CRM).

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

• By email: send a message to info@infinity-tech.orgwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the Facebook name you used and the approximate date of your conversation so we can locate your records.
• Through Messenger: send a message to the same Facebook Page you contacted, stating that you want your data deleted. Our team will process the request.

What happens next

• We will verify the request and locate the data associated with your identifier;
• We will permanently delete your profile data, conversation history, and CRM record from our systems;
• We will confirm completion, normally within 30 days of receiving your request.

Important note

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete messages that Meta stores on Facebook itself. To manage or remove messages held by Facebook, please use your Facebook account settings.
