Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Infinity ("AI Infinity", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit our website at infinity-tech.org and when you interact with the automated conversational assistants ("chatbots") we operate on Facebook Messenger on behalf of our business clients' Facebook Pages.
By messaging a Facebook Page powered by our chatbot, or by using our website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who we are
AI Infinity is a brand operated by Education Tech Future Joint Stock Company, a company registered in Vietnam with its head office at 152-154 Vo Van Kiet, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We build intelligent automation, computer vision, and AI agents, including AI-powered chatbots that respond to messages on Facebook Messenger. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@infinity-tech.org.
2. Information we collect
a) Through Facebook Messenger. When you send a message to a Facebook Page that uses our chatbot, Meta makes certain information available to us, and we collect:
- Your public Facebook profile information provided by Meta — your name and profile picture;
- Your page-scoped user identifier (PSID) — an ID that is specific to the Page you messaged and cannot be used to identify you on other Pages or apps;
- The content of the messages you send to and receive from the Page, including any details you choose to share;
- Conversation metadata such as timestamps and message status.
b) Through our website. If you submit a contact or demo-request form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message). We also collect basic, aggregated usage analytics to operate and improve the site.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the automated assistant and respond to your questions and requests;
- To provide consulting, customer-support, and admissions-style guidance on behalf of the Page you contacted;
- To display your conversation to the Page's authorized staff in a secure internal dashboard (CRM) so a person can follow up when needed;
- To maintain a record of the conversation for continuity and quality assurance;
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our automated responses;
- To respond to your inquiries submitted through our website.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us deliver the service:
- Meta Platforms — provides the Messenger platform through which messages are sent and received;
- AI/LLM providers (such as OpenAI) — process the text of messages to generate automated replies;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel and our managed servers) — host the website and store conversation data securely;
- Authorized staff of the relevant Facebook Page — to handle your request.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data retention
We retain conversation and profile data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes such as follow-up and quality assurance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To delete your data collected through our Messenger chatbot or website, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page, or email info@infinity-tech.org. Please note that deleting data from our systems does not remove messages stored by Meta on Facebook; you can manage those in your Facebook settings.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this Policy.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
11. Contact us
For any question about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at info@infinity-tech.org.
